Renovation in Kawana Island, this house was a 10 yr old project home that was due for a facelift, this included 3 bathrooms renovated, pool surround tiling, and repaint, recarpet entire house inside and out. We added a number of slimline rainwater tanks to supply the garden, shower, laundry and kitchen tap and installed a 5kw solar power unit, ducted aircon system and solar hot water service to minimise the carbon footprint.
