This home was built in Brisbane over 80 years ago then relocated to Montville overlooking the Baroon Pocket Dam. This major renovation project was then undertaken to restore this house back to its original glory.
Almost every component of the house was carefully recreated to keep with the time period. Working closely with the client to make it unique and personal for their requirements while still keeping the classic architecture of the period was a delightful challenge.
New kitchens and bathrooms were created and restored while using modern touches A lower floor level was added to double the size of the property, it is now used as a wedding venue and the surrounding views make it a perfect photo shoot for wedding parties.
