This Renovation turned out absolutely beautiful but as with all renovations had its challenges. The project began with a dream of a beautiful modern home in this amazing location.
With the client’s dream in place, we went to work turning this old outdated home into the dream, the first step was stripping the interior and removing anything outdated that couldn’t be reused to create the dream. Now with the majority of the internal structure still intact and recycling as much materials as possible, the new construction could begin. Step by step; a pool was installed, a new outdoor patio looking out over the pool and river, rooms extended and much much more, the old run down outdated house was turned into the modern marvel as can be seen in the photos above.
